Very friendly and professional staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent outdoor facilities, and delicious food

We booked the half-board option. For dinner, there were two set menu options available – Eastern or Western cuisine – each consisting of fixed courses every day (starter, soup/salad, main course, and dessert). I would definitely prefer a buffet option, as it allows guests to choose what they actually feel like eating (especially when they are traveling with kids).

Pool is well taken care.

Dirty room. Wood floor cracked. Sharp wood chips penetrated my feet. Dinner is a rip off; we have to beg for more white rice. Staffs do not take our feedbacks seriously! Will avoid radisson properties in the futures. Will discourage family members and friends to avoid radisson properties!

The resort was relatively small lacated in a quite remote are as the projects around have not been completed. The beach was very nice and the fodd in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The Staff at the beach bar and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful!

The room was nice but pretty dark, there should be some more seating options at the beach. Apart from that everything was up to our expectations for the stay.

The resort has a private beach but we couldn’t swim because of the jellyfish. My room is also spacious and the beds are comfortable.

A receptionist wrote a review complimenting herself under my name without my approval. I only handed her my phone so she could show me where to leave a review. In addition, she only helped me check out, which is her job. There are other staff members who were more helpful and deserving of praise.

The staff especially where really great from the reception to the gardener they're all very polite and professional

The resort gardener was quite noisy as he used the lawn mower and walked around my villa, feeling uncomfortable with my privacy. I looked out the window to enjoy the view and still saw him walking past so I had to close the curtains

At first I had reservations about this hotel when I was booking in and the lobby was full of out of control young children and their families. I cancelled my 4 day stay and rebooked for 2 consecutive 2 day blocks back to back. In this way I thought if the place proved too busy after one night I can cancel and move on. Somehow this new math saved me over 1,000, 000 VPN . I always thought 2 + 2 = 4 . Anyway, to my surprise the resort quieted down and over the next 5 days I had a peaceful and very relaxing stay. The hotel is quite new and as a result quite clean. The staff under the leadership and grace of Nguyen Thi Kien were courteous, professional and very eager to please. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the PGA golf course hoping for a Stay & Play package. None existed at the time but the golf course did give me a discount when I mentioned I was staying at the Radisson. The resort offered me free shuttle service to and from the course which was a definite bonus. After several rounds at the PGA course the hotel staff helped arrange a tee off time for me at the Sea Links golf course about 45 minutes way for some variety. The Sea Links course is a harder layout but was not in better shape than the PGA course. Both courses were a delight to play. I would definitely recommend the Radisson to any golfer hoping to get away and play 18 a day with plenty of time left to lounge around the resort or explore the nearest town.....The only negative is that they could not help me improve my game :))

The location was a little far from the Phan Tiet

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are excellent. The set menu is poor, no big selection of food. The breakfast is nice. The bbq is great, but boaring after 2 days. Absoultly clear place, but the surrounding is dirty.

Hotel was great very clean staff were lovely so polite I’d definitely stay again if like me you are looking for a quiet stay. My only negative and it’s not the hotels fault is the beach pollution. The hotel tries very hard to keep there stretch of beach clean but it’s a bit of a uphill battle for them

Heated pool which is perfect for kids, super clean, 24hr gym, they are so good at maintening the lawn around the resort's sidewalks, it was perfectly trimmed

Beautiful view from the room, clean and cozy. Nice pool and lots of sun beds. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Weird setup with Western/Asian menus for half-board. The portions in the Western menu were small. Couldn't adjust the temperature in the shower.

It was a good room, as booked. The room was clean, with water replenished daily, new towels also provided daily and bedsheets provided every two days.

The area near the pool was not clean. The sand in the pool was not cleaned during nights and evenings, thus, when walking in the pool you could feel sand on your feet.Also, if you book a birthday celebration, they only provide a small piece of pie. In other hotels, you receive room decorations, cake, and candles for free. So this was quite disappointing.The staff at the beginning was quite fast in the restaurant; however, during the weekend, there was only one other table at dinner, but the staff took 20 minutes to take the order, and there was a really long wait for the food. Afterward, the staff stood and chatted but did not provide the invoice.

Great rooms, very good housekeeping and clean. Grounds are well kept and beach pool area well designed and relaxing. Restaurant was good. We had a major issue with the tour we booked which after talking with management had some resolution. Overall good resort.

The photos and descriptions of the tours are very misleading which is frustrating when you book a tour that takes up most the day and it is nothing like the image and description in the tour menu.

The resort is wonderful! Clean, great facilities, and the staff was amazing.

The gym could be upgraded a bit, and they should have more food options for vegetarians.

Environment tgat friendly to natural, the property with minimalist design is my style and the building extremely clean.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach with excellent facilities within the resort itself. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens and ponds. Restaurants were excellent with a extensive range of local Vietnamese food and European dishes. The swimming pool was good size and good for all members of the family and water temperature was surprisingly warm for an outdoor pool.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel and resort, but if you wanted to stroll in town or the New Nova World centre that is slightly more tricky. You either had to use the road which was not completely safe as the footpath was stop/start forcing you on the road which could be fairly busy with scooters, taxis etc or you could use the beach which was lovely and clean outside the resort but once beyond that there was a lot all dirt and rubbish.

Dirty beach. Bit too expensive food in the restaurant to what you get. Not many can speak proper english. By mistake some of my money are frozen for 20 days because of double payment hotel took from us. (They explained the situation that it took so long because of Tet) fair enough.

I was expecting that staff will be speaking better english in this type of hotel. Dirty beach (not a hoteal reason but could try to do something with it)Service in the restaurant was good but food was expensive a not that tasty. We were expecting something more after so good breakfast.
